Strange Photo

I picked this up off my network and I haven’t seen it anywahere else yet. I have blacked out his eyes so as to protect his identity. Does anyone know what kind of gun this is?

UPDATE: Readers write in response: Looks like an MP5 (Heckler & Koch MP5A2), a 9mm submachine gun, which usually has a collapsible stock and used widely by ‘Law Enforcement’ agencies. Toy or not? I can’t really tell but it looks like it’s missing the magazine from this angle.
